At Weaver Acres we are committed to providing customers with high quality, delicious meat. Our families have been raising sheep for 30+ years and we take our commitment to our livestock and the food supply chain very seriously.
Our lamb is processed in a USDA certified facility right here in Saranac. Our pasture & grain raised all-natural lamb results in tender & delicious cuts of meat that are rich in flavor.

We met through our shared love of the sheep industry and are now building our family on our 10th generation farm here in Saranac, Michigan. Nick is a welding engineer by day, farmer by night/ weekend. He has built this farm from the ground up, over the last year. Tori eats, sleeps and breathes agriculture, she works in marketing & web design for equipment dealers & agriculture companies. Let's not forget our trustee assistants of the farm - Maddelyn (the tiny farmer & resident animal lover), Kallie - the wise old border collie, and Paisley - the Australian Mountain doodle who's here for a good time.
Our goal is to serve each customer as if they have become a part of our family. We understand that the ever changing landscape of supply chain and food can be challenging.
